Our Global Code of Conduct (the Code)
provides the guiding principles, forms the basis
for how we do business and is underpinned
by the common values of honesty, integrity
and fairness. The Code, which is available on
our website and reviewed annually, provides
the framework for our policies, processes
and procedures relating to human rights,
equal opportunity, ethics, compliance,
anti-harassment, anti-bribery and corruption,
conflicts of interest and regulatory compliance.
Provisions to ensure compliance with new
legislation to eradicate slavery and human
trafficking have been added to our code
Our global Ethics Hotline provides a
confidential way for employees to raise
concerns about inappropriate behaviour
anonymously. The hotline utilises an
independent telephone and internet provider,
offering support in local languages and has an internal escalation and resolution process.
