Communication with shareholders takes place through:
- the Half Year Report and Annual Report and Accounts
- an Interim Management Statement in May (to coincide with the Annual General Meeting) and October each year
- the Annual General Meeting where shareholders are invited to ask questions and meet directors informally after the meeting
- a dialogue with institutional shareholders, within the limits imposed by the Listing Rules, to develop an understanding of their views and to communicate and explain the Company’s objectives
- presentations covering strategic issues as well as financial and operating performance to major shareholders through investor road shows
- analyst and investor trade show events and site visits
