Shareholder communication

Communication with shareholders takes place through:

  • the Half Year Report and Annual Report and Accounts
  • an Interim Management Statement in May (to coincide with the Annual General Meeting) and October each year
  • the Annual General Meeting where shareholders are invited to ask questions and meet directors informally after the meeting
  • a dialogue with institutional shareholders, within the limits imposed by the Listing Rules, to develop an understanding of their views and to communicate and explain the Company’s objectives
  • presentations covering strategic issues as well as financial and operating performance to major shareholders through investor road shows
  • analyst and investor trade show events and site visits
